If you don't register online, we will. If you mail us a paper form, we will key the information into the online form ourselves. That's how it gets into the registration records. Cut out the middleman! Do it you yourself if you're comfy using a browser and save us both some time.
If you'd prefer to use a paper form, you can download the PDF using the button below, print it, complete it, and mail it per the instructions on the form. We'll email you with any questions about missing information or difficulty we had reading it. That email will include a PDF with everything we transcribed from your paper form for you to check for accuracy.
Registration Fees and Other Costs
Currency is based on your country of residence.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations before June 1 are entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations during June are entitled to a partial refund after the tour. Factors affecting the amount include: available funds after final accounting, expenses already committed at time of cancellation, the number and timing of other cancellations during June.
Cancellations after June 30 are not entitled to a refund.
The above dates reflect when we receive notice of cancellation. Considering the slowness of cross-border mail it is suggested to use email to info@mtfci2026.org and request an acknowledgement by reply to know we've received it.
