SMS Policy for the Thames Valley Tour

The Thames Valley Tour is restricted to those with a valid MTFCI membership. We may deem it important to notify you of something affecting your registration for the tour or some new information about the tour. If you do not respond to a request sent my email, or we need to contact you more urgently, we may send you a SMS text to your provided phone number(s).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just send us a message to info@mtfci2026.org and we will respond with an updated registration record showing that your phone number cannot be used for SMS. You can also text "STOP" to the short code. The response will be the same.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@mtfci2026.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Nor are we.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only if we cannot reach you reasonably at your provided email address. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
